Elders
Because of the Biblical model of elder rule set up by the apostles, Beth-Eden has recently chosen to adopt elder rule over congregational rule and has seen God's blessings on our body as a result. As simply a man with a divine calling to lead, the pastor is an elder with a single vote like the other elders. Congregational input is highly valued, but ultimately the authority rests on God's Word through the administration of the elders.
